These are three questions that came from a member recently. I am including the questions and my answers here in case you've been having the same questions...

Q: What do you think about working with the oils in an oil burner?

A: The oil blends are 100% pure so you can do anything you like with them. Yes you can burn them, or put them on a tissue in your pocket, or a few drops in your bath, or drizzled on the base of a candle wick... Here are some more innovative ideas for ways you can use your blends:

• A friend puts the base chakra blend in her floor-washing water so the smell permeates the whole house making it very welcoming (the grounding energy of the base chakra) and warm.
  
• Another friend puts her third-eye blend on a hanky and puts in the clothes dryer to gently infuse her linen.
  
• I keep my base chakra blend in my underwear drawer - my knickers then hold the energy ready for me to wear them!
  
• I sprinkle a couple of drops of the crown chakra blend on my pillow before I sleep if I want "flying" dreams.
  
• I put a few drops of the heart chakra blend on my bra. If I'm ever wearing a scarf I always put the throat chakra blend on the scarf to wrap around my throat.

And so on, and so on, and so on.

Q: Starting with the base chakra... and for how many days would you do this?

A: You would work with each blend for as long as you're guided to, or until the blend smells yummy (which means you're in the perfect space to deal with the issue that blocked it in the first place), or for as long as you want to align your intention with healing that aspect of your life, or for as long as you want to stay energised and focused on that life aspect.

Q: I was also wondering if the clearing of chakras brings upon any emotional changes?  Is it like a cleansing or just getting the flow...?

A: Absolutely yes! When I'm putting the throat chakra blend on women's throats at expos, I always warn them to put their mobile phone away for a few hours because otherwise they'll probably want to blah blah blah blah blah blah about the issue that blocked their throat chakra to start with, and sometimes the blah blah blah down a phoneline isn't the most diplomatic way to resolve the issue. So always be gentle with yourself when you are working with these blends, particularly if you're annointing each chakra directly.

They've been blended to resonate with chakras vibrating at a healthy level, so if they're smelling heavenly it's a sign that you're in a great space to deal with "stuff" - it is in this space that you are the top of your game, you're standing fully in your power, and you're really in the flow of connecting with the divine.
